You just have to be careful not to touch the mantle with excessive dirt or moisture in your hands and tie it securely before turning it on.and don't touch it with the match and that will be all you need. Use my Dual fuel with unleaded (premium) fuel in my country (Colombia) and in spite of a light smell of burned gasoline no other complains and the lamp works great. Even you care about your lamp it is important to have spare Mantles for it, you can always get gasoline everywhere but not the mantles.
