Prior to this we used duffle bags or small daypacks. The bags have an unusually designed top that is held on with plastic snaps? They might as well have used buttons! That would have been just as awkward. But the snaps seem to make more "sense" than buttons would have!?However, the removable top kinda works well for our application. If we remove the top we can easily see and move around the contents, creating temporary extra storage bins in the RV. The bags are well made with a heavy green nylon canvas fabric, and thick nylon carrying straps. There is no internal structure support or frame, so whatever you put into them defines the overall size and shape. There is a Velcro attached panel included to help create separate compartments. They fold to a small compact size for smaller loads or for storage using the integrated plastic buckle...
