It arrived with the handel popped off, but as I have a machinist in the house we were able to fix it instead of having to pay postage to return. As an example, chilled water placed in the jug was still cold 14 hours later. I was also impressed that the jug didn't leak during travel, and there was no condensation on the exterior of the jug. I would have given this jug 5 stars, but I was disappointed that it has a plastic interior.
